Angie Harmon, an American actor and model, who was featured in a number of TV series and movies over the years. The model started out as a model, but after she gained international recognition she decided to take on acting. She started her as an actor in the year 1995 on the TV show 'Baywatch Nights'. She also does voice-acting and voice-overs. Harmon decided early in 2000 to stop acting on TV and focus solely on movies. She returned to TV after being in films for a couple of episodes. The year 2008 saw her being among of the few actors to be photographed discreetly naked in "Allure Magazine". In the TNT production "Rizzoli & Isles in which she appeared as Detective Jane Rizzoli. The character of Detective Jane Rizzoli was highly regarded and she received numerous prizes. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her excellent performances, but was not awarded any prizes.
